According to BigMuscle, 'since there are no large changes in Win10's DWM, you can expect Aero Glass for Win10 earlier than I previously expected. I can't specify the exact date, because some testing is still needed. So you can look forward to the real Aero glass effect which is 100% same as in Win7'.

The Aero Glass effect was a craze way back when Windows Vista was first released. It all the windows have a frosted transparent glass effect in Windows Vista. It needed better graphics cards, so many people had to upgrade their systems only to enable this effect. It is available in Windows 10 too, but you have to take a few extra steps and make some changes in the Windows registry as we have already explained in a previous article – Configure Aero Glass Transparency in Windows 10.
But there is another way to enable and enhance the Aero Glass transparency in Windows 10 using the “Aero Glass for Windows” utility. It works for Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. This utility restores the look of window frames known from the older versions of Windows Vista and 7. After installing this utility, you will get a transparent interface in all the running and active windows as well as in the taskbar and the Start menu.
Furthermore, Aero Glass for Windows utility adds some extra application features and additional blur options in order to further enhance the appearance of visible windows in the operating system. Users are given the options to customize the transparency of windows and configure the color of the window’s inactive borders.
Aero Glass for Windows brings all the transparency in Windows 10 without having to making changes in the system files. The application is fully integrated with the operating system and makes all the windows transparent without exceptions, but does not touch any of the the system files. It does not become a resource hog either, even in the case of multiple open windows.
